Larson Racket
performance by Laure Gatelier, Yacine Sebti and Raoul Rodriguez
Larson Racket is a spontaneous project initated by Laure from her discovery during openLAB of old left tennis rackets just in the street nearby. She proposed to transform them in music instruments by integrating contact mikes, switches and knobs and by post-processing through Max/MSP.
From this first idea, the "Larson Racket" trio was born at openLAB to propose free improvised music with post-hendrixian gestual applied on these original instruments.

Techniques: Max/MSP/Jitter, Miditron, rackets, contact-mikes, misc.
