The sample shown here has for coordinates 27 62 169 according to the RGB coordinate system (coordinates range from 0 to 255). To code a colour, we need at least 3 coordinates. Colour space is therefore three-dimensional (R = x; G = y; B = z). This generic RGB-profile is visualised by means of a cube.
